Welcome to Huggy Lights. By purchasing from our store, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.


1. General

  • All Huggy Lights products are non-returnable but may be exchanged only in case of a verified fault from our side.

  • Huggy Lights reserves the right to update or change these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.


2. Eligibility for Exchange

You may request an exchange if:

  • The lamp is not turning on.

  • The charging pin or cable is not working.

  • There are light issues or a technical fault.

Conditions for exchange:

  • Fault must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the product.

  • Clear photos/videos must be shared with our support team via WhatsApp (+92 312 4376048).

  • Once approved, you must ship the faulty product back to us safely in its original packaging.

A replacement will be shipped within 3 working days after we receive and verify the faulty product.


3. When Exchange is Not Possible

We do not accept exchange requests in the following cases:

  • Product damaged due to mishandling (broken, scratched, torn, or misused).

  • Product returned without original packaging or improperly packed.

  • Items purchased during discount sales or promotions (e.g., Azadi Sale, Eid Sale, 11.11, 14 August, Black Friday, New Year).


4. Packaging & Shipping

  • The product must be sent back in the same packaging as delivered.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Huggy Lights will cover the shipping cost of the replacement.


5. Important Notes

  • Exchange requests must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Products damaged by the customer will not be eligible for exchange.

  • If our inspection shows the fault was caused by mishandling, the exchange will be rejected.


6. Liability

  • Huggy Lights is not responsible for delays due to courier services or factors beyond our control.

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages caused by product misuse.
