Exchange & Return Policy

βœ… Exchange Policy (Faulty Products)
All Huggy Lights products are non-returnable but can be exchanged if there is a fault from our side.

Faults include:

  • Lamp not turning on

  • Charging pin or cable not working

  • Light issues or technical fault

To qualify for an exchange, you must:

  • Report the issue within 24 hours of receiving your order

  • Send us clear photos/videos on WhatsApp (+92 312 4376048)

  • Once approved, ship the product back to us

  • A replacement product will be shipped within 3 working days after we receive and check the faulty item

🚫 When Exchange is Not Possible

  • Product damaged due to customer mishandling (broken, torn, scratched, or misused after delivery)

  • Product returned without original packaging or not packed properly

  • Products bought during discount sales or festival promotions (Azadi Sale, Eid Sale, 11.11, 14 August, Black Friday, New Year, etc.)

These items are non-returnable but can still be exchanged if faulty on our end.

  • Customers pay the return shipping charges when sending back a faulty product

  • Huggy Lights covers the shipping cost of the replacement product
